Do you allow for cancellations, and are we able to procure a refund should we have to cancel?

Cancellations are permitted. However you will be required to submit your cancellation in writing via email. The cancellation request will be considered from the time sent, rather than the time read by us. Make sure we acknowledge within twenty-four hours, and if we don't please give us a call to insure we've received it. Our refunding policies are as follows:

Do you allow smoking on your vehicles?

In short, no. Smoking is never permitted on our vehicles under any circumstances. The reason for this is primarily for the preservation and cleanliness of our vehicles in consideration for other clients. We do our best to insure that our vehicles are kept as close to new condition for as long as possible. This is furthering along that desire.

Do you include gratuity on the final bill?

We do not prefer charging for gratuity. It is our preference to leave this at your, the client's, discretion. In cases where we do include the tip on the bill, you will have full disclosure from us prior to payment submission.

Are we allowed to drink alcohol on your vehicles?

As long as you are of legal drinking age, you are more than welcome to consume any and all legal alcoholic beverages.

Which forms of payment are accepted?

We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept travelers' checks and some personal checks. For specific details, give us a call or send us an email and we'll be glad to provide detailed information

Can we change up our routing information while the run is in progress?

If you make major changes to your route, you may incur further charges. This is left up to the chauffeur, and they will disclose to you what the charge would be prior to initiating the change. This way there is no unanticipated surprises.
